Et un loto pour en financer la r\u00e9habilitation, en voil\u00e0 une deuxi\u00e8me\u00a0! Que d&rsquo;excellentes initiatives de la part de nos gouvernants. Et que d&rsquo;hypocrisie. Quand l&rsquo;Etat n&rsquo;a plus les moyens de faire face \u00e0 ses obligations r\u00e9galiennes \u2013 prisons, Palais de Justice, gendarmeries, commissariats, h\u00f4pitaux, universit\u00e9s pour beaucoup dans un \u00e9tat lamentable \u2013 il adresse un petit coucou aux Fran\u00e7ais en esp\u00e9rant qu&rsquo;ils vont mettre la main \u00e0 la poche \u00e0 sa place. Des associations, des professionnels, des collectivit\u00e9s n&rsquo;ont pas attendu que quelque bureaucrate veuille bien leur indiquer la voie. Depuis des d\u00e9cennies, ils et elles investissent des tr\u00e9sors d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, de temps et d&rsquo;intelligence pour redonner vie \u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment du paysage, un b\u00e2timent que chacun reconna\u00eet comme partie de son patrimoine. Le r\u00e9sultat est l\u00e0. Ces bergeries, ces chapelles romanes, ces moulins qui balisent les d\u00e9partements comme autant de phares ne doivent rien \u00e0 l&rsquo;Etat mais tout \u00e0 ceux qui un jour, ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu&rsquo;on ne pouvait pas les laisser ruin\u00e9s. Que l&rsquo;Etat se contente alors de faire son travail.
